꧁TERMS AND CONDITIONS by Staryuria꧂
1. General Information
• By requesting a commission, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
• The service provided is exclusively digital art; no physical works will be delivered.
• I reserve the right to reject any request that does not fit my style or that I consider inappropriate.
2. Work Process
• The client must be clear with their requests and, if available, provide visual or textual references (images, color palettes, detailed description, etc.).
• Before starting the illustration, the design will be properly planned to reduce possible errors.
• A preliminary sketch will be sent for approval before moving forward with the final illustration.
3. Revisions
• The client is entitled to 5 free revisions.
• Starting from the 6th revision, an additional fee will be 10%, based on the base price of the commission:• Changes that require completely redoing the illustration will be considered a new commission.
4. Payments
• Payment method: PayPal.
• A 50% upfront payment is required to start the commission.
• The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion, before the delivery of the artwork.
• Payments are non-refundable once the process has started.
5. Delivery and Deadlines
Estimated delivery times depending on the type of illustration:
✨Portrait: 4 days.
✨Half body: 1 week.
✨Full body: 2 weeksDelivery method:
• The final artwork will be delivered in digital format (.PNG / .JPG) through Google Drive via a download link.
6. Usage Rights
• The artwork is for the client’s personal use only (personal prints, profile pictures, social media with credit).
• For commercial use, the client must request permission beforehand. An additional 100% fee will be charged based on the base price of the commission.
• I retain full copyright and may publish the artwork in my portfolio or on social media, unless confidentiality is requested by the client.
7. Restrictions
I do not accept commissions that include:
• Gore
• NSFW
• Vore
• Lolis or underage characters
• Use in merchandise (merch) without a commercial license
The client is not allowed to:
• Claim the artwork as their own.
• Modify, resell, or profit from the artwork without a commercial license.
• Use the artwork for illegal or discriminatory purposes.
8. Cancellations and Refunds• If the client cancels before the sketching process starts, 50% of the deposit may be refunded through the same PayPal transaction used for payment.
• If the process has already started, no refund will be issued.• If I cancel the commission, a 100% refund will be issued through the same PayPal transaction.
9. Communication
• All communication will take place via [Discord / Instagram / Reddit].
• The client must respond within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays in the process.
